I attach a draft scheme and action plan for information and comment. The document itself shows the full list of consultees and the background to this consultation exercise. The drafts will also appear on the council's licensing website.
It is hoped that it will be possible to complete the assessment of all comments and to revise the drafts appropriately in time to be able to present a report to the licensing board on 25 June 2007.
There is a period of two working weeks for the receipt of comments.
The draft is being issued on 8 June 2007 and the closing date for receipt of comments is 22 June 2007.
Full details are laid out on pages 3 and 4 of the attached draft.
This document is designed to be referred to and updated from time to time. There will be opportunity for input and comment in the future and this is clearly laid out in the text.
