Sheriff Principal Gordon Nicholson CBE, QC, Chairman of the Committee on Liquor Licensing Law in Scotland whose Report was published in 2003, and which led to the enactment of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.
This will be followed by MCC’s monthly business meeting to look at current local issues in planning, licensing, policing etc
