Can you post some content relating to HMO density within Marchmont?
ReplyDeleteA report from the HMO sub group is being prepared. The report is on the work of the HMO sub group and contains a summary of recent data issues, data on hmo concentrations and complaints. The data has been compiled for the HMO Short Life Working Group, a group formed by the Council to address HMO issues and gives numbers according to Wards - the most relevant for our Community Council being Meadows/Morningside ( which includes Marchmont) and Southside/Newington which have the highest concentration to HMOs.
ReplyDeleteThe full report should be available after the next meeting. If you have a particular interest or concern you might find it useful to attend the meeting and make contact with members of the sub group.
